It's been a long time since any news has been added, so there's a lot of catching up to do.
Haley is doing really well. At her 2 month checkup she was 9 pounds 2 ounces, wel lwithin the normal range. She's sleeping well, and eating well, and Katelyn is totally in love with her. Click here for photos.

We moved on December 15. Thanks to the tireless efforts of my mom and lots of friends and family the move went well. Now, just about 4 weeks later, we're getting quite settled. All of the furniture has been delivered, including a new couch, two new chairs, a rolltop desk, and a new bed. The carpets have finally been cleaned, and many of the pictures are now hanging. Left to do: family photos in the hallway, some of the decorations and pictures in the living room, Haley's blinds (the bracket was broken), and a few miscellaneous other things. Adrien is THRILLED because her entire elephant collection is finally displayed!!
After the move we needed a break, so mom and I took off for southern California, visiting:
I am going back to work on January 22nd. As the date approaches I'm getting excited, but worried that I have so much left to do on the house and related things. However it will be a good step towards normalcy.
Katelyn seems to be handling the breakup and the new house quite well, although she occasionally has moments of insecurity and needs to call and talk to the other mommy. Kathie and I are fairly indulgent of this, so she's doing OK.
Katelyn and Haley are starting to spend a significant amount of time with Kathie, including every other weekend and some time during each week. It's hard to have days without seeing them, but this is what happens when there's a breakup.
Anyway, on with the next
chapter of my life!
