Haley’s classmates are all become Bar\/Bat Mitzvahs this year, so the season has begun. In preparation for her own next September, she must attend at least 10 of them. We started off well, attending Sara’s on 11\/10 and Shoshana’s on 11\/17. In the evening after Shoshana’s there was a party at the Aquarium of the Bay at Pier 39 in San Fransciso. I didn’t go, but instead chose to send Haley on the bus they chartered to and from the synagogue. She didn’t get home until 11:30, and was all hyped up. Needless to say she was tired the next day, and didn’t go to religious school.
