Jewish Sunday

This morning, Haley accompanied me to the Sholom Women’s Membership Brunch. We had great speakers, The first was a woman who was homeless (with her 13-year-old son)  last year and was a guest at our temple’s Home and Hope participation time. The second was a speaker from Temple Isaiah in Lafayette, talking about their Community Conversations initiative, like our Kolot initiative at PTS.

Haley went off to religious school partway through the event.

Val & I went to B’nei Emunah in the afternoon, first to help stuff envelopes, and next to participate in the “Mussar Sings the Blues” presentation.
